2. Coffee and chocolate may be your friends, but they are not the baby's friends.
3. When daddy is home, all is right in the world.
4. Rice cereal makes faces, hands, and mommy's arm sticky.
5. Dash can handle two shots in the leg better than he can handle a bump on the head.
We had our 4-mo. checkup today. Dash took his shots like a champ, only crying at the initial prick. After that, it was simply his bottom lip sticking out, reminding everyone - especially the nurse - of the agony he just endured.
He is in the 50% for weight and the 90% for height, coming in at a whopping 26 inches! Developmentally and health-wise, Dash is perfect...something we already knew!
According to the doctor, Dash is getting a few teeth in - a little earlier than normal. Let's pray that they either come in quick and don't cause too much pain! We're starting him on veggies and rice cereal, as well as juice in a sippy cup. He is also rolling over - easily from stomach to back and boy he is close from back to stomach! He loves to grab and kick, which was hilarious at the doctor's office as he swatted and pulled at everything hanging from the dr.'s coat and kicked the infamous white paper into a crumpled mess!
We love him so much!!!!!!!!!
