So let me begin this post by sharing how great of a friend I am...so great, in fact, that I managed to snap 16 pictures of Krystal's Baby Shower and not one of Krystal! Or any of her guests for that matter! So kudos to me for remembering what's important...UGH!!!...Sorry Krystal!
Honestly, I think it was because I was so blown away by the shower itself. I don't think words really describe how much thought and detail was put into this shower. The food, the decor, the beverages, the favors, the baby "games"---all of it looked straight out of a magazine. Seriously! The pictures don't lie.
I'd like to say that I was a part of it, but even though I was a hostess, I can't take much credit for more than the favors (ok, those did turn out very cute!), the invitations (ok, cute, too!), and maybe a little emotional support. But that was it! Either way, I was glad to be a part of it and work with some of Krystal's dear friends to bless Krystal and her new little bundle Kennedy Grace.

It was her gift from the Perkins Xing gang

Yes--that's a rustic door. Brought inside for the shower. These hostesses were amazing!
Every detail was so perfect!
Chalkboards and frames to make even the simplest "Decorate a Diaper" game look so sweet.
And now we get to the grand tables!
The food. It was almost too perfect to eat.
Waffles and French toast sticks in little cups of syrup.
Fruit Kabobs! Makes my fruit platter look so elementary!
And yes, a yogurt bar. (Small cups of pre-portioned yogurt in the back).
So yes, every single detail was thought out. Flowers, hand-written labels for all the food, grand decorations. I mean, it was just an over the top and beautiful shower!! But more importantly, I think the purpose was served...Krystal is now ready with tons of pink---TONS!---to welcome her little one in just a few short weeks! How exciting!
