Sharing is great...except when its a virus.

Since several wee-ones on our street have been diagnosed with everything from double ear infections to a virus to strep throat (all in this past week), I was not too shocked when Dash spiked a 101-degree fever right before bed last pm. But I was a little concerned when Tyler called me at work this morning to say that Dash was covered in a rash.

Two hours at the doctor's office and $80 later, we got the (lame) diagnosis. It's a virus, that causes a rash and a fever, and that's about all there is say. Really?!? I could've saved time and money and given that same diagnosis!

Oh well. The bright side is that (with some Tylenol) the fever has subsided, and Dash seems oblivious to his little "dots." And in 3-5 days, he'll be rash-free.

I, on the other hand, am either extremely tired/over-run or am coming down with the flu. Ugh. So pray for some health---both in our home and down the entire street!!
