Dash's First 'Official' Play Date

Thanks to everyone who came to Dash's first 'official' play date! I think it went well, and showed every mom in attendance how lucky they are to NOT have twins or triplets! Ha! I do wish I could have more time to visit with all of my fellow moms, so this was a start. I'm sure we'll have more in the future!

Kammy, many thanks to you for taking pictures. Please visit Kammy's blog entry here for cute pictures of all the guests. The pictures I took were random, and unfortunately I did not catch everyone. I realized after the play date was over that the group shot I so desperately wanted to remember to shoot was forgotten. Tyler did manage to snap one of Jenny (with baby!), Reese, Dash, and I, however, after everyone else had left.

Also attached is one of Dash, taken as he was trying out his new Step 2 Kangaroo Climber before the party. Yes, we put it in the middle of our living room for the play date. And yes, I assured everyone at the play date that it would not be a permanent fixture. But sadly, yes, it is still there with no signs of it moving for awhile! The things we do for our kids....
