9. A small group friend to offer to babysit on her free evening - even if only for an hour or two between feedings b/c your baby hates bottles!
8. 20 minutes to search the Internet to find killer deals on baby stuff or to go to a neighborhood garage sale.
7. A dog who licks the spit-up off the floor, making cleaning up after baby's 4th spit-up episode a breeze.
6. Chocolate chip cookies. Oh hell, the cookie dough works perfect, too!
5. A long brisk walk on a sunny day & pushing baby around in a stroller that was hand-picked for him well before we he was born!
4. Finally being able to fit back into that last pair of pre-baby jeans.
3. A husband who can balance being able to tell you that, although your thoughts of the nursery catching on fire from leaving the night-light on all night are somewhat irrational, you are still the most beautiful woman on the planet (regardless of whether you can fit into all pre-baby jeans or not).
2. Laughs and smiles from a baby who thinks you and your husband are the coolest people ever!
1. A baby who sleeps from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

My dog is a spit up vacuum too!
Thanks for today! I really needed that!
I took notes! Ha ha! Question: because there are 2 dogs at my house will clean-up be even faster?? Yumm...spit-up!
2 dogs is a nice back up plan...Now when your baby spits up, dog 1 will clean it up, when dog 1 spits up, dog 2 cleans, if it gets past that point then cleaning will quickly become irrelevant because the ebola virus is in your house.
